Whats the difference between you & a venue coordinator?

Great question! Venue coordinators are a helpful and essential piece of a successful event. Their role is directly related to the venue functionality. This might include turning on lights, maintaining restrooms, and setting up tables and chairs and overseeing meal service if that is something provided by the venue.

While a venue coordinator is focused on your venue, a wedding coordinator or planner is focused on you and your event. We are responsible for all pieces of the day including any off site events such as hair and makeup, church ceremonies, or photos at the park. We will take care of your personal touches, such as menu cards, favors, place cards, family photos, and seating charts. And we work with you throughout the planning process to make sure all aspects of your day are thought through and planned out.

Venue coordinator and wedding planners typically work hand in hand to make your day a success. Team work makes the dream work!

Currently limited service packages start at $1000. Full service packages start at $3,000.
